		<description>Dry heat is referring to what comes out of your hair dryer &amp; moist heat is steam like from the kettle or shower.

You can also wrap your hair in cling wrap/film which keeps it moist but traps the heat from your head which allows better penetration of the treatment into your hair!  :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>I personally like window a/c better than central air.  They seem to be more efficient.  It cools the room you are in, it doesn&#039;t cool the whole apartment.  So for sleeping it is great and much more economical than central air-conditioning.  Make sure your bed is not in direct line so you don&#039;t get a stiff neck.  Go ahead and get the right size, and be comfortable when needed.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Used them when I lived in NJ and Phila.  They made sleep very comfortable.</description>
