That sounds pretty good, here’s my adjustment. "Moreover, the warmth in the room during the summer can be combated by installing blinds and portable air-conditioners."

I changed "in the room in the summer" to "in the room during the summer," then removed the last "in the room." You’ve already said "in the room" once, so it’s a little redundant to repeat it.

I don’t think it’s coherent. How can I make it sound better?
‘Warmth’ instead of ‘warms’, sorry.
